What is Taashi’s Shipping Policy?

What do the different order status labels mean?
• Pending / Pending Payment: Payment was unsuccessful.
• Processing: Payment was successful, but the order is yet to be shipped.
• Shipment in Transit: Order has been dispatched from our warehouse and is on its way.
• Cancelled: The order has been cancelled due to non-payment.
• Closed: The order has been successfully cancelled based on the customer’s request, and a refund has been initiated.
How do I check the status of my order?
We will send email notifications to update you about the status of your order from support@taashifashion.in. You will receive updates for:
• Successful order placement.
• Tracking details once the order is dispatched.
• Order cancellation.

We offer worldwide shipping for our customers.
Who will pay for shipping and delivery charges?
The customer is responsible for the shipping and delivery charges. The total order amount will include the shipping and packing costs. For international orders, VAT, import duties, and local taxes are payable by the customer at the time of delivery. These charges are separate from the product price and vary depending on the destination country’s regulations.
How is the shipping amount determined?
Shipping
charges are calculated at checkout and are based on the weight, volume, and
destination of the product.
How is custom duty determined?
Custom duties are imposed by the government of the destination country and vary depending on the location. Taashi Fashion has no control over these charges.
Who are your courier partners?
For domestic orders, we partner with (Courier Partner ame). In cases where this courier cannot deliver to the specified address, we use Speed Post. For international shipments,
Do the prices on your website include taxes?
Yes, all prices listed on our website include taxes. However, for international customers, VAT, import duties, and local taxes are the responsibility of the recipient and are payable upon delivery.
What is the estimated delivery time?
• Domestic orders: 5-7 business days.
• International orders: 10 -15 business days.
All orders are shipped within 2-3 business days from our warehouse.
Who will be responsible for paying local taxes outside India?
International customers are responsible for paying VAT, import duties, and local taxes upon delivery to the courier partner.
How can I pay for my order?
We accept payments via credit/debit cards, net banking, and UPI transactions wallet.
What should I do if my payment fails?
If your payment fails, please try again. If the issue persists, you may contact your bank, as sometimes banks block transactions for security reasons.
What should I do if the amount is deducted but my order is cancelled?
Please email us at support@taashifashion.com .in with your transaction details and reference number. We will investigate the issue and provide an update on your order status.

Can I modify the shipping address of my order after it has been placed?
For domestic orders, you may request a change in the shipping address (within India) by emailing support@taashifashion.com , provided the order has not been dispatched. For international orders, we are unable to modify the shipping address once the order is placed.
Will the tax amount be refunded if I cancel my order?
Yes, the total order amount will be refunded, including taxes. However, transaction fees charged by the bank will be deducted from the refund.
When will I receive my refund after cancelling my order?
Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 7-10 working days.
What items are not returnable?
We only accept returns for defective or damaged products. Returns are not accepted for issues such as weaving defects, colour dissatisfaction, or size issues. In such cases, exchanges may be considered if requested within 3 days of receiving the product. The item must be returned in its original condition, unused, unwashed, with all original tags, labels, and packaging intact. Items not in saleable condition will not be eligible for return or exchange.
What items are exchangeable?
Exchange is allowed for products that do not meet your expectations in terms of colour, size, shape, or quality, and exchanges are accepted within 3 days of receipt. The product must be returned in its original condition, with tags and packaging intact.
Why has my return/refund request been put on hold?
We review all returns for defects or variations based on the customer’s complaint. Once the product is inspected, we will initiate the refund if everything is in order.
Why has my return request been declined?
If the return request is found to be false or frivolous, or if the product is not in a saleable condition, the return will be declined. Taashi reserves the right to reject such return requests.
Why was my returned product reshipped?
If a return is deemed ineligible due to improper condition (e.g., missing tags, damaged packaging), the product will be reshipped to the customer.
Who will bear the shipping charges for returns?
The customer is responsible for the shipping charges and any applicable customs duties when returning the product. These costs will be deducted from the refund amount.
What is ‘fall’?
It is a piece of fabric that is sewn and attached to the hem of the saree in such a way that it covers the initial drape and pleats area only, adding weight to the saree so it falls elegantly on your body. It also ensures a long-lasting drape and protects your saree from wear and tear for a longer period.
Will fall be attached to the complete saree?
No, it starts from the initial drape of the saree and continues till the pleats, leaving the blouse piece.
What is the material of fall used on our sarees?
The fall fabric is chosen according to the fabric and weight of the saree, typically made from Mul cotton or cotton.
Do you take orders over the phone?
We do not take orders over the phone. Please place your order directly on www.tasshifashion.com
I have already placed my order, can I add more items to the same order?
Yes, you can get in touch with us at support@taashifashion.com and we will assist you in adding more items.
I placed an order twice.
If you have placed your order twice and would like to cancel one of the orders, please contact us immediately. We will cancel one order, and the refund will be processed via the original payment method.
