Order Delivery

For India:

• Our logistics partners typically deliver shipments within 2-3 business days for metro cities and 5-7 business days for non-metro cities, starting from the dispatch date.
• Unforeseen circumstances or rare operational issues may cause delays in the delivery of your order.

International Orders (Outside India):

• International orders are processed and shipped with care, passing through various checkpoints until they reach their destination.
• Delivery is expected within 10-15 days from the order date. In case of delays, please contact us at support@taashifashion.com for further assistance.

Shipping Charges

Shipping within India:

• Taashi offers free shipping for all prepaid orders within India.

International Shipping:

• Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight of the products and will be automatically added during checkout.
• All international orders are shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis.
• Prices and shipping charges exclude import duties, customs fees, and local sales taxes.
• You are responsible for paying any import duties, taxes, or additional charges upon arrival.
• Failure to pay these charges may result in your order being held at customs or returned. Shipping charges will not be refunded in such cases.

Cancellation Policy

• Taashi reserves the right to cancel any order if the requirement could not be met. Communication regarding cancellation and applicable refunds will be made promptly.

• You may cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it. Beyond 24 hours, cancellations are only accepted under extenuating circumstances at Taashi's discretion, with refunds provided as credit vouchers.

Sale Products

• Discount coupon codes are not applicable on sale products.

Customized Products/Orders

• Customized products cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect.
• No discounts are available on the customization cost of any product.

Video Call Orders

• Products ordered via video calls cannot be cancelled once placed.
• No discounts are available on products purchased through video calls.
• Products purchased via video calls are only eligible for returns or refunds in case of manufacturing defects. Accessories are not returnable.

Refunds

• Refunds will be processed as a credit to your original source of payment within 8 to 10 business days.
• During peak periods (Sales or Festive seasons), return processing may be slightly delayed.
